Jewel is currently in her third and final year of studying her Bachelor degree in Nutrition Science. She has a passion for sports and nutrition and hopes to work in the field of clinical or sports dietetics in the future.

Along with work and studying, Jewel is involved in the ministries at her church leading Sunday school and youth group.

Jewel also enjoys playing oztag and creating recipes in the kitchen to share with family and friends.

Understanding these elements can help you better manage symptoms.
Treatment Approaches: Explore both non-surgical and surgical treatment options, from medications and physical therapy to injections and joint replacement surgery, and gain clarity on which treatments might be right for your stage of osteoarthritis.
