For almost ten years, Rebecca has been a part of the BJC Health team, beginning as a receptionist at the Chatswood clinic and eventually moving into the administration officer role at our Parramatta clinic.

Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys catching up with friends, eating good food, listening to music (and singing along to it) and reading and writing. Having also been bitten by the travel bug, Rebecca has enjoyed travelling to New Zealand, Fiji, New Caledonia, USA, Canada and more recently Europe.

Understanding Hip Osteoarthritis: Learn about the underlying causes of hip OA, how wear-and-tear on the joint leads to pain and stiffness, and why certain risk factors, such as age, weight, and previous injuries, can make it more likely to develop. Understanding these elements can help you better manage symptoms.
Treatment Approaches: Explore both non-surgical and surgical treatment options, from medications and physical therapy to injections and joint replacement surgery, and gain clarity on which treatments might be right for your stage of osteoarthritis.
Movement Strategies: Discover how targeted exercises can help support the hip joint, improve function, and reduce discomfort. Robyn and Belinda will demonstrate practical techniques designed to strengthen the surrounding muscles, enhance mobility, and promote long-term joint health.
